Lately, Callie and Arizona had been arguing over the decision for them to have another baby. The issue is that Arizona wants to take on a new specialty which would take a lot of time and effort. But now, Callie is the one who might be taking on more work.
Owen is interested in having Callie help out veterans. So he brings her to meet them at the Veterans Hospital, as seen in the episode stills. We all know that Callie has a big heart. So will she be able to turn the veterans away? We doubt it.
If both Callie and Arizona end up taking on extra work it could only mean more strain on their marriage. And it seems like they were only just starting to get back to normal. Fans will just have to wait and see what happens with the pair.

“Owen introduces Callie to the Veterans Hospital patients in hopes that she will help them with her robotic limb lab, Jo becomes jealous of Alex and Meredith’s friendship, and Maggie continues to confide in Richard. Meanwhile, Alex and Bailey prepare to go in front of the board.”
