Grey’s Anatomy season 10, episode 7 “Thriller” aired last night on ABC with a creepy Halloween vibe. Now you can read our recap and discuss the story line with fellow fans.

Here are the highlights from Grey’s Anatomy season 10, episode 7 “Thriller”:

• Leah tries to sneak out of Arizona’s hotel room but wakes the other woman up. When Arizona offers to order them breakfast – Leah goes into a rant about how she wants to keep the relationship casual. (But we’re not convinced)
• When Meredith and Alex talk about the halloween plans at his house Cristina over hears and is hurt she wasn’t invited. Meredith awkwardly apologizes for not inviting her and tells her to come for a drink.
• Apparently Jo and Alex’s relationship hasn’t gotten any better – Jo says they’re not even talking!
• Owen tells Callie that he and Emma broke up because she says he’s not ready – due to the fact he never told her he was married. Meanwhile Callie and Arizona can’t even agree on Sofia’s halloween costume.
• Ben surprises Bailey by coming to visit early. He’s clearly more enthusiastic about Halloween and tells her he’ll come up with their costumes for the holiday.
• A mauling victim comes into the ER saying a man came up to him snarling and attacked his face. The attacker comes in with two bullet wounds from the cops and jumps up and attacks Leah!
• Bailey tells Leah she’s out of the surgery and needs to get tested for infectious diseases before she’s cleared to work again.
• The patient that got his face bitten by another man is convinced that he’s turning into a zombie!
• Stephanie gets a patient who comes in with a wound infested with maggots. (EWWWWWWWWWWW)She tells Meredith and Callie and explains they were blurry first because of her eyes. So they send her to get candy for them while they takeover. Apparently the women waited 4 months to come in because she’s scared of doctors.
• Shane gets creeped out when an old lady comes in looking for Heather. He tells her that she’s not here but the old lady insists that “she’s always here” and refuses to tell Shane her name.
• Meredith gets her patient a sleep mask and distracts her by talking about Halloween.
• Derek and Ben have male bonding time fixing Zola’s costume together.
• Weber chastises Bailey for getting in the way of the interns learning through working on him. So he tells her she’s off his case and someone else will be overseeing the interns.
• Eating candy while waiting to get cleared to work – Stephanie and Leah worry if they will ever get to be surgeons. Stephanie worries that her eyes won’t get better and can’t work in the medical field.
• Weber asks Meredith to take over the surgery for Bailey and help him teach the surgeons. When she shuts him down he apologizes for getting mad at her for allowing Bailey to save his life.
• Derek is inspired by something that Ben said to him and creates a fan like sensor so he can minimize they opening needed in surgery.
• The crazy old lady bursts through some doors and scares Jo’s young patient half to death – literally. Luckily, Alex finds her and rushes her to the ER.
• Bailey is happily surprised to find Ben has created a mad lab for Ben. He also surprises her by telling her he quit his residency and wants to move back to Seattle to be with them. Ben’s surprised that she’s not happy about his decision and even says she’s disappointed in him.
• Arizona walks in on Leah crying and she explains she’s waiting to find out is she got HIV from the crazy guy that bit her. So Arizona calms her down by telling her about how she got stuck by a patients needle when she started out.
• Shane finds out that the old lady has asthma problems and was being treated by Heather under the table. He tells her to come to him anytime she needs help.
• Because Meredith is in a hurry to get out of the hospital – Jo gets her chance at surgery with Weber’s operation. She also advices Jo that if Alex told her a secret it means that he trusts her and she shouldn’t tell anyone else – not even her.
• Owen calls Emma and explains why he didn’t tell her about Cristina.
• Leah’s blood work comes back clear but Stephanie is still blind. She can’t even recognize Jackson when he sits down next to her.
• Meredith makes it out of surgery in time to join the party with the kids and is happy to find Callie shows up despite Arizona being there. Cristina comes too but leaves without saying hi to anyone after seeing all the happy families.
• Cristina heads to the bar and has a drink with Shane. Could this be a new fling?!
• Tinkerbell/Jo drops by Alex’s house and apologizes for what happened with his dad. It looks like they’ve made up finally.
