In last week’s emotional Grey’s Anatomy season 10 premiere, the surgeons struggled with the many changes around them. Meredith had to cope with being on the sidelines after delivering her son and having surgery. Shane has to deal with the guilt of sending Heather to the basement to look for Weber, which caused her severe brain damage. Derek tries to save his protege’s life but the injury is too extensive and she passes. For the first time the interns realize they need to lean on each other in order to get through their program. Meanwhile, Arizona has a hard time coming to terms with the changes caused by her infidelity.

“Everybody’s Crying Mercy’ – Meredith and Derek adjust to life at home with a newborn but find it difficulty being away from the hospital; Arizona tries to takes steps to fix her broken marriage; Alex and Jo navigate through their new relationship; and Owen clashes with Jackson over financial issues at the hospital. Meanwhile, April anxiously awaits her boards results, on ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.”
