On the last episode of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’:
Cristina took the opportunity to go speak in Zurich to escape everyone discussing what happened at the Harper Avery Awards. She was shocked to learn that it was actually her ex-fiance who organized her visit.
After impressing her with the facilities at the hospital, Burke invited her to continue her research there. At first, she turned down the offer thinking he wanted her to work for him. But then Burke offered her his job so that he could move.
April and Jackson got to see their baby on an ultrasound. After Jackson tells her he will attend church with her and their child every Sunday she feels better about the pregnancy.
Bailey’s bubble boy suddenly got better and it doesn’t take much for Stephanie to realize what Bailey did. Still, Bailey didn’t admit to anything when Stephanie asked.
Derek and Amelia worked together again on a complicated conjoined twin case. Although Derek’s twin doesn’t make it – Amelia’s does. Derek asked Amelia to take over the research he started with Callie. But she doesn’t give him an answer as it would mean moving to Seattle.

“With Derek away, Meredith spends time with Amelia and finds out her true feelings about her time in Seattle. Bailey deals with the ramifications of her actions and Callie receives devastating news. Meanwhile, the residents panic after hearing that one of them will be fired, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MAY 8 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
