Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away With Murder winter premieres are delayed at ABC. Find out when they will return!

Sorry TGIT fans! Due to the upcoming inauguration, ABC is preempting the return of TGIT to air a 20/20 special. The winter premieres of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and How to Get Away With Murder will return on Thursday, January 26 beginning at 8:00 p.m.

The special, titled America’s First Family: The Trumps Go to Washington, will air in the HTGAWM time slot at 10:00 p.m. ET. ABC will air repeats of Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal in their usual time slots before the special.

You now have one more week to catch up on all your TGIT favorites. This marks the premiere of Scandal‘s sixth episode, which will pick up right after the election results arrive. In 2016, the series featured a tumultuous election between Mellie Grant and newcomer Frankie Vargas.

The other two pick up after dramatic winter finales. Grey’s Anatomy left fans with an Alex unsure about whether or not the take the plea deal and avoid a lawsuit. Meanwhile, HTGAWM has everyone asking — Who. Killed. Wes? (Was that dramatic enough for you?)

Grey’s Anatomy returns at 8:00 p.m. ET, Scandal at 9:00 p.m. ET and How to Get Away with Murder at 10:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 26 on ABC.
