Neve Campbell heads to Seattle Grace in next week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Check out stills from the episode as well as the synopsis for 9×09 “Run Baby Run” below.

Campbell, known for her role in the Scream franchise, will make her first visit to Seattle Grace as Derek Shepherd’s sister, Liz, in “Love Turns You Upside Down.” She is the third of four Shepherd sisters to make an appearance in the show and is also a doctor. Caterina Scorsone and Embeth Davitz played Derek’s other sisters Amelia and Nancy in previous seasons.

As the new interns revealed earlier this month, they’ll be having a more prominent role in the upcoming episode.

Episode Synopsis: The new batch of interns find themselves involved in all the drama at Seattle Grace: Meredith asks Heather to go above and beyond to help fix Derek’s hand; Cristina starts a healthy competition between Stephanie and Leah, which inadvertently leads to a medical emergency for Cristina’s patient; Alex sees Jo in a new light as they work to save a baby’s life, and April teaches Shane a valuable lesson during “lumps and bumps” duty, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

The following week, Emmy Award winner Loretta Devine returns to the ABC medical drama as Adele Webber just as Bailey’s wedding to Ben approaches.

Episode Synopsis: As the rest of the doctors prepare for Bailey’s wedding, Richard helps her through a bout of pre-wedding jitters. Meanwhile, Lizzie butts heads with Meredith, and Callie and Jackson try to convince Derek to participate in a risky surgery that could fix his hand, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Grey’s Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET. Episode 9×07 “I Was Made For Loving You” airs this week.
