After a hectic E3 week that was big on news but had few releases, this week sees a few possible gems on the calendar.
My pick of the week is Gravity Rush for the PlayStation Vita. Sony’s handheld has seen few worthwhile games since its initial launch lineup, but Gravity Rush looks to be the game that could fix that. With its dazzling art style and gravity-centric gameplay mechanics, it’s looking very promising.
Vita owners can also pick up a version of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection this week, though I’d recommend the console version instead, as this one comes without Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
If you don’t happen to own a Vita, the next title from Suda 51’s Grasshopper Manufacture, Lollipop Chainsaw, hits consoles this week.
