The Vampire Diaries is adding actress Grace Phipps from The Nine Lives of Chloe King as a recurring character!
Zap2It reports that Phipps will play the 16-year-old April, who has a history with Elena and Jeremy.
Showrunner Julie Plec describes the character as, “a natural beauty with a bit of an edge.”
