On Gotham season 4, episode 2, “The Fear Reaper,” Jonathan Crane has taken over the identity of the Scarecrow and he’s on a mission to get revenge. Here’s a few non-spoiler teasers ahead of the episode!
Penguin demands Crane be found:
This probably won’t be much of a shocker for anyone since it’s kind of Penguin’s m.o. at this point. After being humiliated by the fear serum that Crane developed, Penguin demands that the GCPD finds Crane.
Of course, he also has to make a big deal out of it and make sure that the press sees it all. It’s all part of Penguin’s larger plan to make the GCPD look incompetent but Gordon is already set on finding Crane anyways.
Everyone is still being mean to Ivy:
After last week’s episode, I wrote about how Penguin is making a big mistake treating Ivy awful. But he hasn’t changed at all yet. He’s continuing to look down on her and basically being a bully towards her.
To make matters even worse, Penguin isn’t the only one that treats Ivy this way. In tonight’s episode fans will see her reaching out to some others around her and getting similar treatment.
Gordon’s biggest fear:
While trying to get Crane into custody, Gordon succumbs to the fear serum. It’s actually pretty interesting to see what his biggest fear might be since he’s gone through so much. Could it be related to the loss of his father? Or perhaps something from when he was serving in the military?
I won’t give away what it ends up being but I think fans might be in for a shocker! I certainly wasn’t expecting what it turned out to be!
Gotham City Sirens?:
Raise your hand if you’re ready to see the women of Gotham band together. It looks like fans might to get to see a little feminist power on the show. Sick and tired of all the guys in power and trying to push them around, the ladies want their chance to get a little power back their way.
But first they have to learn how to get along…
