Tonight on Gotham season 1, episode 20, “Under the Knife,” someone close to Gordon will be put in danger.
On the last episode of Gotham Gordon was approached by another officer with a case gone cold. Bullock reluctantly agreed to help and they started interviewing at speak easies. Leslie also found that no other damage was done to the victims body other than the stab wounds that killed her. Gordon came to the conclusion that who ever took her locked her away until he was ready to kill her.
The investigation took a turn when a missing piece of evidence was found and Bullock realized that the case was connected to the Ogre. He explained to Gordon that the Ogre liked to keep his victims for weeks. As well as how he goes after any cop who investigates them by going after those he loves.

“Gordon and Bullock continue to investigate the Ogre (guest star Milo Ventimiglia), who begins to make his move on someone close to Gordon. Meanwhile, Bruce and Selina team up to expose a corrupt Wayne Enterprises employee and Nygma comes to Kristin Kringle’s defense in the all-new ‘Under the Knife’ episode of ‘Gotham’ airing Monday, April 20 (8:00-9:00 ET/PT) on FOX.”
