The Golden Globes 2016 sets up Carol, The Revenant, Inside Out, Spy and Mad Max: Fury Road for the awards season.

At 8.15 a.m. EST on Thusday, December 10, President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Lorenzo Soria took the stage to introduce the 73rd Golden Globes nominations.

America Ferrera, Chloe Grace Moretz, Angela Bassett, and Dennis Quaid were at hand to present the nominees. Alicia Vikander and Mark Rylance were among the actors who picked up multiple nominations, with other standouts being Saoirse Ronan for Brooklyn, and Lady Gaga for AHS: Hotel.
