We’ve got a great Glee spoiler for you, Gleeks. A new major recurring character is set to debut on Glee‘s seventh episode this season that could shake things up a bit! [Spoilers ahead]

Blog Zap2It.com reported earlier yesterday that Glee is looking to cast a new character named Peter who is fresh out of military school and will debute in episode seven. Here’s what Zap2It had to say:

A new major recurring role will be introduced in episode 407. Prepare to meet the very handsome Peter Livingston, a high school student fresh out of military school. Producers are looking for someone pretty imposing to play the part — he’s got to be over 5’11” and have “gravitas.” Peter is described as “handsome, evil and dashing,” and he’s got to have singing and dancing skills.

Well, isn’t that interesting. Does Finn have anything to do with this? We’re also a little confused by this. Do people usually go to high school “fresh out of military school,” or are we missing something there? Feel free to explain if you’re more aware of the workings of military school!

We’re also a bit worried about the “handsome, evil and dashing” part. It has been a long time since we’ve seen a male character portrayed as recurring antagonist on Glee, so this should definitely stir the pot just a bit.

Two weeks ago we posted this article on Hypable showcasing the preview for episode two which showed footage of Finn and Puck coming up in the second episode. As you may know, Puck’s footage made it to the episode but Finn was nowhere to be found in 4×02. Also, Glee‘s YouTube channel has since made the video private and it’s no longer viewable! Hmm…something fishy is going on here folks! Speculate away in the comments below and let us know what you think is going to happen with Finn and this Peter Livingston character. Maybe they are in no way tied at all?

What are your thoughts about Peter Livingston?
