It’s back! After a very lengthy winter hiatus, Glee season 5, episode 9, “Frenemies,” airs tonight at an all new day and time.
It’s hard to comprehend that Glee season 5 has actually been off the air for almost three months! “Previously Unaired Christmas” aired way back on December 5.
Tonight’s episode, “Frenemies” sounds like it’s going to be full of the usual drama we can expect from both groups in Lima and New York City according to the synopsis:
Santana auditions to be Rachel’s understudy in the Broadway production of Funny Girl, and her success damages the friendship of the two roommates, with serious repercussions ensuing. Glee club members Tina and Artie are rivals to become the valedictorian of the McKinley High graduating class.
American Idol runner-up and current recurring guest star Adam Lambert also returns to Glee tonight. Check out what he and some of the other cast members have to say about “Frenemies” in this sneak peek:
A lot has happened with Glee since it aired in December of last year. We found out that the plot of the show will move entirely to New York City throughout the remainder of the season.
We also learned that Pitch Perfect’s Skylar Astin will be joining the cast this season. Glee fans were predictably ecstatic about this news.
