The song list for Glee season 5, episode 7 has surfaced and will shake up the cover variety following a tribute episode the week prior.

Songs to be performed during Glee season 5, episode 7 titled “Puppet Master” are “We Can’t Stop” by Miley Cyrus, “Into the Groove” by Madonna, a mash up of “Nasty” and “Rhythm Nation” by Janet Jackson, “Cheek to Cheek” by Fred Astaire, “You’re My Best Friend” by Queen, and “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” by Simple Minds. The characters performing each song are not yet known.

This will be Glee’s second time performing a new song off of Miley Cyrus’ BANGERZ album. Their first will occur in episode 5 when they sing her emotional “Wrecking Ball.” The singer’s four studio album dropped on October 4, and the first single “We Can’t Stop” dropped way back in June.

See a full list of songs being performed in episodes 5 and 6 in our previous article. The latter episode will be a Billy Joel tribute, meaning all songs that week will be tunes originally by the classic rock star.

Glee season 5 is currently on a hiatus but will return Thursday, November 7 in a new episode pitting Lady Gaga songs against Katy Perry tunes in a story titled “A Gaga or A Perry.” Earlier today we shared first-look photos from the episode.

What songs do you want to hear ‘Glee’ cover this season?

And more importantly, when will Glee season 5 cover Britney Spears’ “Work Bitch”?

Thanks, Gleek Out Brazil!
