You know him as Nick the Warbler on Glee, but Curt Mega hasn’t stopped since his times at Dalton Academy! The actor is asking fans to help crowd fund his latest project: a rather intriguing new horror film.

Curt Mega and his friend and actor Eric Carroll are looking to the public to help crowd source funding for a horror flick simply titled POV. Not much details are known about the plot of the horror film just yet but if it’s anywhere near as creepy as the teaser trailer below, we expect lots of screams and shrieking. Check out the trailer and a special message from Curt and Eric themselves:

The duo are looking to raise $6,000 by Halloween night (that’s October 31 for those outside of the U.S.) and as of this writing have already reached over $3,610 of that! The money will go towards typical film production costs such as permits, money to pay actors and travel. They are also looking to put money towards equipment such as GoPro cameras as the film will be taking place from a first-person point-of-view (much like the title).

The contribution levels, or “perks” as they’re known on IndieGogo.com, range from $5 – $500. $50 gets you a physical signed copy of the script but $500 lands you on set access to the film, a private screening of the movie and every single other perk below the $500 level!

So if you’re into helping independent artists and filmmakers now’s your chance to be a part of the awesome POV project.
