The lady-led Ghostbusters has been praised for letting the women lead the charge in the reboot, but now we have another reason to love the film: There are a lot of girls working behind the scenes!

Voicing her support for Ellen Degeneres and Gap Clothing’s Girl Power movement, Melissa McCarthy tweeted this photo from the set of Ghostbusters this morning showing off the number of women working on the movie:

“3 cheers to Ellen from all the remarkable women of #Ghostbusters,” Melissa McCarthy tweeted. “When we stand together we are unstoppable! #GirlPower”

From left to right in the front are Ghostbusters stars Leslie Jones, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Kristen Wiig. Behind them you can see at least one familiar face: Co-star Cecily Strong. The majority of the women in the photo are crew members who are proudly showing off their Ghostbusters role with huge smiles on their faces. Adorable!

According to Paste, Ellen and Gap’s Girl Power is “a social movement, one that DeGeneres’s own lifestyle and clothing brand ED has long advocated for, that encourages young girls to be vocal and celebrate individual strength.”

“I know from my own experience that nothing makes you feel better than being who you are and celebrating what makes you unique,” said Ellen about girl power. “I think if we shine a light on real girls doing incredible things, that’ll encourage other girls and boys to do incredible things, and that’ll encourage even more people to do incredible things, and eventually the world will be a more incredibler place.”

Hollywood is frequently criticized for giving men more lead roles than women, and the facts back up the claims. A recent study found the imbalance on screen to be 2.3 men for every one woman:

Ghostbusters is directed by Melissa McCarthy’s frequent collaborator Paul Feig and will open in theaters next year.
