Gina Rodriguez will be expanding her directorial resume when she directs an episode of the Charmed reboot.
The star has previously directed an episode of Jane the Virgin, the show for which she’s best known, and is slated to direct the premiere of its fifth season. Variety is reporting that she will direct the 11th episode of season 1 of the Charmed reboot.

Rodriguez is “very excited” about the opportunity, telling Variety that she’s “obviously very excited that I get to do it with three Latinas.” Rodriguez will be teaming up again with Jane the Virgin showrunner, Jennie Snyder Urman, who is also the showrunner of the Charmed reboot.
Charmed premieres on October 14 at 9pm on the CW.
