While we’re hoping for some refreshing differences between the male and female iterations of Ghostbusters, one thing is for sure: Their work gear is the same.

Update: Feig has also shared a photo of their new ghost-busting gear! It looks like it’s straight out of the ’80s:

Ghostbusters remake director Paul Feig (Spy, Bridesmaids) took to Twitter on Monday afternoon to unveil the costumes for the female-led movie. Their gear looks very similar to what Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, and Harold Ramis wore in the 1984 original:

It’s great to see that Feig and company won’t be turning the Ghostbusting team — made up of actresses Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, and Melissa McCarthy — into sex objects. Nope, they’ll just be making us laugh while fighting off the supernatural.

Here’s what the guys looked like in the ’80s hit for your reference:

The one difference between the two outfits seems to be a little more detailed in the middle of the uniform. In the 2016 Ghostbusters remake there will be horizontal orange stripes to give the costume a bit more detail.

Feig has been relying on Twitter to make official announcements about the new Ghostbusters. Earlier this month he announced that Chris Hemsworth (Thor) will be playing the story’s secretary named Kevin.

The film is shooting now and due out July 22, 2016. It’s sure to be one of the biggest and funniest hits of the summer.

We hope Feig continues to drop big unveilings on Twitter. What do we have to do to get Feig to unveil the ladies wearing the costumes? Surely the paparazzi will be clamoring to get the first look, so the Ghostbusters helmer should get a pic out as soon as possible.
