The Cassian Andor prequel series over at Disney+ has added two new cast members– including Rogue One vet Genevieve O’Reilly!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actors Genevieve O’Reilly and Denise Gough have both joined the cast of Disney’s forthcoming live action Star Wars series.

Star Wars fans will likely already be somewhat familiar with Genevieve O’Reilly, who is no stranger to the galaxy far far away. In fact, she’ll be returning to reprise her role as politician/Rebel Alliance founding member, Mon Mothma for the prequel series.

As for Gough, it looks as though we’ll have to sit tight while we wait to hear on who she’ll portray. Currently, Disney is keeping details surrounding her character firmly under wraps.

Both actors join Diego Luna on the upcoming Rogue One prequel series, who is returning to reprise his role as Rebel Intelligence officer, Cassian Andor.

Star Wars fans were first introduced to the character back in 2016 through Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which served as a direct prequel to the events of Episode IV: A New Hope.

The series will clue fans into what Cassian Andor was up to five years prior to the events of Rogue One.

Luna isn’t the only one currently attached to star on the series.

In addition, O’Reilly and Gough join previously announced cast members Stellan Skarsgard and Kyle Soller.

Behind the scenes, Rogue One co-writer Tony Gilroy is officially on board to serve as showrunner on the series, replacing previous showrunner Stephen Schiff.

Currently, there’s no word yet on when we can expect the Cassian Andor prequel series to premiere via Disney+.
