Hollywood is wasting no time when it comes to turning the GameStop stock market drama into a movie starring Noah Centineo.

According to Deadline, Netflix is already working on a movie version about how one subreddit spurred a slew of social media users to beat hedge funds at their own game by short-selling GameStop stock.

Hollywood seems to be moving fast when it comes to production on the film. In fact, the untitled feature has already found its scribe in none other than Mark Boal. The Academy Award winning screenwriter is known for his work on titles such as The Hurt Locker and Zero Dark Thirty.

In addition, Netflix darling Noah Centineo has also reportedly already signed on to star in the forthcoming film.

Not much is known about who Centineo will play, but it’s being reported that hey’ll be appearing in a major role.

Others involved behind the camera on the untitled feature include journalist and NYU professor Scott Galloway, who will serve as a consultant on the script.

In addition, Brad Weston, Nick Style, and Mark Sourain, all of whom will be serving as producers on the project.

Netflix isn’t the only studio circling turning the financial story into a feature film. One the weekend, it was revealed that MGM had secured the rights to a book proposal by The Social Network author, Ben Mezrich, who is working on a book about the GameStop trading story.
