Read the descriptions of the final two Game of Thrones season 3 episodes, titled “The Rains of Castamere” and “Mhysa”! Beware of mild spoilers.

We’ve now passed the halfway point of Game of Thrones‘ third season, with episode 6 “The Climb” airing tonight. Check out the promo here!

Now, HBO has released the short summaries for the penultimate episode of season 3, as well as the season finale.

The description for season 3, episode 9 “The Rains of Castamere” reads:

Robb presents himself to Walder Frey, and Edmure meets his bride. Jon faces his harshest test yet. Bran discovers a new gift. Daario and Jorah debate how to take Yunkai. House Frey joins with House Tully. (Written by David Benioff & D. B. Weiss; directed by David Nutter.)

If previous seasons are anything to go by, this will be the episode where the biggest game changers take place, leaving the season finale to pick up the pieces and prepare the audience for season 4.

Read what happens in season 3, episode 10 “Mhysa”:

Joffrey challenges Tywin. Bran tells a ghost story. In Dragonstone, mercy comes from strange quarters. Dany waits to see if she is a conqueror or a liberator. (Written by David Benioff & D. B. Weiss; directed by David Nutter.)

“Mhysa” is High Valyrian, and means “mother.” Clearly, there are several of important mothers in the series including Daenerys, Cersei, and of course Catelyn. We can’t wait to see how this episode will tie all of their storylines together.

Tune in to HBO tonight at 9/8c to watch Game of Thrones season 3, episode 6 “The Climb”!
