A bit of new footage has been released in this Game of Thrones season 3 trailer, and a sneak peek from the second episode has also made its way online!
This latest Game of Thrones promo is a lot like the one released yesterday, but it does feature a few glimpses of new scenes:
In the trailer, Jon Snow warns Ygritte (and the other wildlings), “If you attack the Wall, you’ll die! All of you.” We see the infamous bear again, and Jaime’s in a tub, and there are sex and dragons – what more do you want?!
Meanwhile, our friends at Winter Is Coming has a great new interview up with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Gwendoline Christie which is well worth reading. And along with the transcript, they have released a brand new sneak peek from the second episode of season 3, titled “Dark Wings, Dark Words”:
In the scene, Jaime is taunting Brienne as usual, telling her that she wasn’t Renly’s type, anyway. “He preferred curly-haired little girls like Loras Tyrell. You’re far too much man for him.” Ouch!
Brienne thinks it’s all lies, and she’s taking Jaime’s insults lying down – when he takes another stab at Renly (“It’s a shame the throne isn’t made of cocks, they’d have never got him off it”), she grabs him, but he surprises her with some words of wisdom.
“I don’t blame him,” he says, voice surprisingly soft. “And I don’t blame you, either. We don’t get to choose who we love.”
