HBO has released information about Game of Thrones‘ third season, including some of the writers and directors who will be involved.
HitFix reports that season 3 will begin shooting in July, returning to Northern Ireland, Iceland and Croatia. Parts of the show will also be filmed in Morocco this year.
George R.R. Martin will be writing another episode, and showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will also return as writers along with Bryan Cogman and Vanessa Taylor.
Weiss and Benioff will also direct one or more episodes this year, along with Alex Graves, Michelle MacLaren, Dan Minahan, David Nutter and Alik Sakharov.
