After what feels like no time at all, Game of Thrones season 3 has reached its conclusion. Tune in to the season 3 finale tonight to find out what happens after the Red Wedding.

Game of Thrones season 3 has brought us big developments for Daenerys Targaryen, who has conquered cities and built herself an army.

Meanwhile it was wedding season in Westeros, to the joy of absolutely no one (except perhaps Joffrey Baratheon).

In King’s Landing, Tywin Lannister arranged for the marriage of Tyrion to Sansa Stark, while Robb’s uncle Edmure got married to That One Frey Girl Who Was Pretty – but no one cares about that, because then Walder went and got Robb and Catelyn murdered!

Jaime Lannister and Brienne of Tarth were taken captive by Roose Bolton, and Jaime lost his hand. Meanwhile at Winterfell, Theon Greyjoy finally earned some sympathy for the audience after undergoing horrible torture at the hands of the mysterious “Boy.”

Beyond the Wall, Jon Snow infiltrated the wildling camp, only to show his true colour (it’s black, jsyk) and escape, leaving Ygritte behind.

Sam Tarly escaped the Night’s Watch slaughter at Craster’s Keep and has been traveling towards the Wall with Gilly and her baby.

Now, only one episode remains. The dust is clearing, and we stand in the rubble of the Red Wedding, not sure how the story can possibly move on from here.

Traditionally, the Game of Thrones season finale has picked up the pieces from the game-changing event of episode 9 (Ned’s death in season 1 and the Battle of Blackwater in season 2), and it seems like the season 3 finale will do the same.

The episode title is “Mhysa,” which means “mother” in High Valyrian. So let’s give it up for all the mothers in Game of Thrones – what’s left of them, anyway.

After the episode airs, come back here to discuss is with fellow Hypable readers – and don’t forget that our Game of Thrones podcast Game of Owns is doing its first Live Show this Tuesday!

Game of Thrones season 3, episode 10 “Mhysa” airs tonight at 9/8c on HBO.
