Get in line now, Game of Thrones fans – the epic fantasy series will once again host a panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

Late-night host Seth Myers will moderate the panel, which will look back on the sheer, high-octane insanity of the most recent season of Game of Thrones. As in previous years, the panel will take place in the legendary Hall H at 2:30 p.m.

However, the lineup for the Game of Thrones panel includes some notable changes from Comic-Cons past. Executive producer Carolyn Strauss and director David Nutter are scheduled to appear, but showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss are not on the attendance list.

A good chunk of the cast is also listed, including Alfie Allen, Gwendoline Christie, Liam Cunningham, Natalie Dormer, Sophie Turner, Carice van Houte, and Maisie Williams. Notably however, Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey, and – significantly – Kit Harington are not scheduled to attend.

So there will be no pestering Jon Snow about his death – permanent or otherwise, depending on your line of thinking.

George R.R. Martin, author of the A Song of Ice and Fire series on which Game of Thrones is based, will also not be in attendance. Martin recused himself from his San Diego Comic-Con duties earlier this year, noting that he hopes to devote the time to completing the next highly-anticipated installment, The Winds of Winter.

The biggest takeaway from Game of Thrones panels in years past has been the announcement of new cast members joining the epic HBO series. With casting already underway, we expect that this year’s panel will be no exception. Hopefully, a blooper-reel will also be shared, to add a little levity to the unrelievedly grim past season of Game of Thrones.

Following the panel, the Game of Thrones cast members in attendance will hold an autograph signing at 4:15 – and if past years are any indication, hopeful attendees would do well to line up early.

The Friday of San Diego Comic-Con is turning into a banner day in Hall H. The Game of Thrones panel will be preceded by panels for The Walking Dead and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, in addition to other popular properties.

We just hope it’s sleeping bag weather in San Diego.

Game of Thrones season 6 will air in Spring 2016.
