Jimmy Kimmel celebrated Game of Thrones by bringing actor Kit Harington face-to-face with several hilarious Jon Snow impersonators.

With his shaggy locks, gloomy eyes, and weary accent, Jon Snow is certainly one of the most iconic characters on the HBO fantasy series. But Kit Harington apparently no longer has a monopoly on Jon’s moods and broods; in the segment from tonight’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel introduced Harington to three fans who really (really) connect with the character.

The the three men tested their Jon Snow skills by reading very un-Westeros-like material in Harington’s accent and inflection. The guys perform admirably in the face of Harington’s scrutiny — and let’s just say that if you always imagined Frosted Flakes being served for breakfast at the Wall, you may have been on to something.

Kimmel should definitely have that last guy back for more impressions, we’re just saying.

Jon Snow has actually been having a pretty decent time of it on Game of Thrones season 5 — at least by Westerosi standards. After earning the now worthless approval of Stannis Baratheon, Jon was elected Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch. Though not an easy post, Jon seems well-suited to command and has already enacted significant changes in the Night’s Watch.

Foremost among these changes was the cessation of hostilities with the wildlings, punctuated by Jon’s rescue mission to Hardhome, where the remainder of Mance’s army was stranded. The mission suffered a massive attack by undead wights and the ethereal White Walkers, resulting in tremendous loss of life – but given the circumstances, Jon’s plan went about as well as one could expect.

The same could be said of the epic 25-day Hardhome shoot, which Harington also discussed with Kimmel.

Jon Snow’s story will conclude on Sunday, with the Game of Thrones season 5 finale. Having saved all the wildlings he could from violent death beyond the Wall, Jon may now have to face the same painful truth Daenerys has been struggling with in Meereen.

Sadly, it is much harder to preserve peace than it is to end a war.

The Game of Thrones season 5 finale, “Mother’s Mercy,” airs on Sunday, June 14 at 9:00 p.m. on HBO.
