A Game of Thrones coloring book will be hitting toy book stores this fall.

Titled George R. R. Martin’s Game of Thrones Coloring Book (A Song of Ice and Fire), the do-it-sort-of-yourself book will be published by Bantam, the publishing house behind Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire novels, as well as many of the series’ supplemental materials.

Described as an “adult” coloring book (no kidding!) the book will allow fans of Martin’s work to add color to epic imagery created by several acclaimed fantasy artists. The art of Yvonne Gilbert, Tomislav Tomić, Adam Stower, and Levi Pinfold will all be included in the coloring book, as well as work by artist John Howe, best known for his stunning depictions of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Though the coloring book will likely appeal to fans of HBO’s Game of Thrones (and is marketed as such) the artwork is more directly inspired by Martin’s novels than the television show. According to Bantam, the 96 page coloring book “will feature 45 original black and white illustrations, inspired by characters, scenes, locations and other iconic images from Martin’s wildly successful A Song of Ice and Fire series.”

So far, no content rating has been released for the Game of Thrones coloring book. However, given the violent, sexual, and frequently heartbreaking imagery for which A Song of Ice and Fire is renowned, it seems likely that this won’t be a coloring book one might want to leave lying around where young children might find it.

The Game of Thrones coloring book is currently scheduled for release on Oct. 27. Meanwhile, the season finale of Game of Thrones season 5, titled “Mother’s Mercy,” airs on Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. on HBO.
