In tonight’s episode, we had a huge moment from the book series, and one fans have been very much anticipating (if not looking forward to): Jaime Lannister lost his hand! What a shocker to end it on, right?
Meanwhile Theon managed to escape from his prisoners with the help of his new friend, and in Slaver’s Bay, Dany got herself an army – but at the price of one of her three dragons.
In King’s Landing, Tyrion took over from Littlefinger as Master of Coin, and Podrick… had his moment, as well. And finally at Riverrun, we were introduced to Catelyn’s brother Edmure and her uncle Brynden the Blackfish.
Which storyline did you enjoy the most? Were you surprised by what happened?
Next up is “And Now His Watch is Ended,” which is an ominous title if we ever heard it – it sounds like something bad is about to happen to one of the men of the Night’s Watch, doesn’t it?
