Gal Gadot and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson are gearing up to reunite together for another big screen action flick.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Gal Gadot has officially joined the cast of the upcoming action film Red Notice, starring Dwayne Johnson.

According to Deadline, who was first to report the news, the upcoming film is being described as an action-comedy heist thriller. Other than that, not much is know about the plot of the movie.

As for Gadot, she’s reportedly set to play a “brilliant and mysterious figure in the art world.”

This isn’t the first time Johnson and the Wonder Woman star have teamed up for a big budget action flick.

The pair previously starred in the fifth installment of the immensely popular Fast & Furious franchise, Fast Five, which was released back in 2011.

In the film, Johnson played the security service agent Luke Hobbs, while Gadot played Gisele Yashar, a former Mossad agent who had a pretty unforgettable fight scene in the action flick.

Gadot and Johnson won’t be the only two reuniting on Red Notice.

The upcoming action film also serves to continue the relationship between Johnson and Red Notice helmer Rawson Marshall Thurber.

The pair previously worked together on the action-comedy Central Intelligence, which also starred Kevin Hart.

Thurber will be helming Red Notice and directing from his own original script.

Red Notice won’t be hitting theaters until June 12, 2020, but the good news is fans won’t have to wait too long to get their fix of Gadot and Johnson on the silver screen.

Both A-list actors have some pretty high profile movies hitting the big screen before Red Notice premieres.

Up next, Johnson can be seen in this summer’s action crime drama Skyscraper. Meanwhile, Gadot’s highly anticipated Wonder Woman 2 is scheduled to hit theaters next year on November 1, 2019.
