Gal Gadot is circling Deeper, a supernatural thriller from Max Landis also starring Bradley Cooper.

Wonder Woman herself could join forces with Rocket Raccoon for an expedition into Aquaman’s homeland — wait, no, let’s try that again.

The Hollywood Reporter has learned that real-life actress Gal Gadot is in early talks to join Bradley Cooper for a supernatural thriller titled Deeper, from Max Landis and directed by Kornel Mundruczo.

The thriller follows a disgraced astronaut (Cooper, presumably), whose career takes a decidedly downward turn as he joins a deep-sea dive into an unexplored trench, in which a “sinister and dangerous force” lurks…

According to THR, the project will be familiar in tone to movies like Gravity and The Martian, which suggests that Cooper and/or Gadot’s characters will be experiencing a similar insular isolation underwater as the aforementioned movies’ characters did in deep space.

Gal Gadot is also starring in the upcoming Wonder Woman sequel, which will be directed by Patty Jenkins. Meanwhile, Cooper chugs away in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with his Guardians of the Galaxy character set to merge join the Avengers for the upcoming two-part Phase Three finale.
