Five new photos and several details about the upcoming Frozen short film Frozen Fever were released online Monday.

Update (February 3): A featurette has been released and depicts the co-directors talking about the project…

For the first time in forever, Elsa is a happy queen.

The new stills from Frozen Fever, including an adorable family portrait, show off what Arendelle will be looking like during the summertime and how Anna and Elsa dress for the warmer weather.

Amongst the photos is a great look at Elsa’s summer dress. It’s whimsical appearance matches the style that the queen wore in Frozen, but now with 100% more flowers.

The bright smile on Elsa’s face previews a change in character. According to USA Today, the queen is much happier in Frozen Fever. Without the stress about her icy powers hanging over her head, Elsa is in a much better mood. “It’s another side of Elsa the audience hasn’t seen before and we hadn’t really played with in the original feature,” said Frozen and Frozen Fever director Chris Buck.

According to co-director Jennifer Lee, the seven minute short film will find Elsa coming down with an illness which she uses to get the town ready for Anna’s birthday. “Elsa doesn’t get a cold in the usual way,” she said. “She’s special. Surprising things occur that wreak a little havoc.”

Frozen Fever includes one new song, which is one aspect that fans are most excited for. If it’s anything like “Let It Go” or “Love Is An Open Door,” chances are it’ll be entering mainstream pop culture and sticking around for several months.

So what is the song? We still don’t know much about the new tune, but Olaf voice actor Josh Gad says kids will like it. A lot. “If history is any indicator, kids will go nuts,” he said. In addition, USA Today describes the song as “catchy.”

Frozen Fever arrives in theaters in front of Disney’s upcoming live-action Cinderella starring Lily James this March.
