Cross your fingers, Fringe fans! Showrunner Joel Wyman has announced that a decision on the show’s future should come later this week. He also spoke about the possibility of a film.
Earlier today, Wyman tweeted the following:
Go Fringe!!! Should know something this week. Feeling good. All of your support and positive thoughts help. ; )

He was then asked by one fan whether he would consider making a Fringe movie, to which he replied “No. No plans for a movie.”
The wait will no doubt be a tense one, as there have been fears of the sci-fi show’s cancellation for months. Whatever decision comes, Hypable will be sure to keep you up to date!
