Fringe star Lance Reddick previews Broyles’ role in the final season, and reveals what he’d like to do before the series ends.

In the interview with Give Me My Remote, Reddick talks about the Observer mystery, and how he feels like it’s the main topic from the first few seasons that hasn’t really been dealt with and resolved until now.

He says that focusing on the Observers for the final season is, “Pretty much a perfect way to end the series,” and describes it as “fast train ride to the end.” He also predicts that fans won’t be disappointed with the end.

When asked what he’d like to do before the show ends, Reddick says that he’d love to have the chance to “shoot guns a lot.” He’d also like to see Christopher Lloyd back for another appearance on Fringe, an iconic actor he respects and admires.

Reddick also hopes to have more scenes with Walter, and has only praise for John Noble. He says, “forget about how much people respect and reveres him as an actor; everybody loves John. I mean, that guy is just, he’s a classy guy.”

Fringe is on a short break right now, but will return Friday, December 7 at 9/8c on Fox with episode 5×08 “The Human Kind.” Check out a promo for the episode, and head on over to the Hypable forums to share your thoughts on the fifth and final season!
