In an article on the New York Post website, Tiffany Wendeln Connors lists the best five and the seven worst television dramas of the 2010-11 season. Read on to see where Fringe and Walking Dead placed on the list…

The Best!

Both shows were declared some of the best television dramas of this season, sharing the honor with The Good Wife, Justified and Luther. Connors raves of Fringe:

The Fringe team shrugged off the “X-Files” wannabe label with a wildly entertaining season that crossed between two equally engaging universes. Anna Torv’s outstanding work in a dual role deserves an Emmy nomination.

While Walking Dead receives the following praise:

This zombie tale didn’t waste any of its six episodes overanalyzing relationships, character motivations or scientific explanations. Just dead people wantin’ to eat your brains.

Of the “Worst” shows, Connors lists Criminal Minds, No Ordinary Family, Outlaw, Off the Map, Blue Bloods, CSI and Law & Order: LA.

Do you agree with this list? I personally can’t claim to have watched any of the other shows except Fringe and therefore don’t have an opinion on them. But it’s great to see Fringe and Anna Torv get some critical recognition! Let’s hope Connors’ Emmy comment doesn’t go unnoticed by TPTB.
