It looks like Tyra Banks has finally found the perfect co-star to team up with Eve in Life-Size 2!

It’s been nearly two decades since Tyra Banks played Eve, a fashion doll that miraculously comes to life in an effort to better the life of a grieving girl, in Life-Size.

Thanks to Freeform, fans of the original will soon be getting a sequel to the beloved made-for-TV movie, which also starred a young Lindsay Lohan.

Though Banks herself has been attached to the sequel for quite some time, one thing that hadn’t been revealed is who would serve as her co-star this time around.

Thanks to Banks, we finally know who’ll be starring opposite her in the highly anticipated sequel.

The America’s Next Top Model host took to Instagram to reveal that actress Francia Raisa will officially be joining her in the upcoming made-for-TV-sequel and that both actresses were already in the process of filming.

“Now filming: LIFE SIZE 2. It’s time y’all! You’ve waited long enough. I’m so excited to announce who will co-star with Eve 2.0…the magnificently fierce @franciaraisa. See you on @freeform this holiday season!,” wrote Banks in the caption of the photo.

Banks paired the exciting announcement with an adorable photo of herself and Rasia locked in an embrace and smiling for the camera.

Of course, now that Rasia has been cast, the one question on everyone’s mind seems to be: what about Lindsay Lohan?

Earlier this year, Banks revealed in an interview with Steve Harvey that Lohan, who played Casey Stuart in the original flick, would indeed be returning for the sequel. But, as People pointed out in a post announcing Rasia’s casting, Lohan’s name doesn’t appear on Freeform’s official cast roster for the sequel.

We’re still holding out hope that Lohan’s Casey will make a surprise cameo as it would be fun to see her come back for the next installment of Eve’s adventure.

So what’s Eve going to be up to this time around? From the sounds of Freeform’s official synopsis for the sequel, she’ll still be looking to help out a fellow lady in need.

This time around, Eve will set her sights on helping Grace Manning (Rasia), a confident and funny CEO who runs her mother’s company, Marathon Toys — the same company that also happens to manufacture Eve dolls.

Grace may hold the title of CEO, but she’s definitely got some work to do if she wants to make sure Marathon Toys stays on top.

The synopsis also describes Grace as “a hot mess in the middle of her quarter-life crisis,” and also points out that her “wild child ways are causing the company’s stock to plummet.”

It definitely sounds as though Eve will have her work cut out for her this time around!

Life-Size 2 is set to come to Freeform just in time for the holiday season as part of the network’s 25 Days of Christmas lineup later this year.
