Actors Daisy Ridley and John Boyega are celebrating The Force Awakens‘s Force Friday — and being too cute to handle in the process.

Force Friday, which begins at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 4, is an international release of toys, memorabilia, and books connected to the upcoming Star Wars film. Celebratory events have been scheduled at retailers around the globe, with special perks for fans who arrived for the midnight kickoff.

Ridley and Boyega, who respectively play desert scavenger Rey and stormtrooper Finn, were part of tonight’s celebrations in London. But Ridley got a delightfully early start on Force Friday this morning, when she revealed a gift she received from Lucasfilm — an R2D2 suitcase stuffed to the brim with Rey-centric toys from The Force Awakens.

Many of the goodies Ridley received will be available for purchase on Force Friday – though it’s really the actress’ infectious enthusiasm that makes the Instagram post so exciting. For whatever reason, her dog shared no such interest.

Later on, Ridley joined forces (no pun intended) with Boyega at London’s Disney Store, where the co-stars prepared to surprise waiting Star Wars fans.

Boyega was every inch as excited as Ridley to join in on the Force Friday action. Like Ridley, he seems thrilled at the transformations Star Wars has brought to his life — both big and small.

And despite a long night of making phenomenal memories for those lucky London fans, Ridley and Boyega capped off Force Friday with an inspirational message — and laughter.

Seriously, we can’t handle the cuteness.
