Earlier today, we shared estimates from The Hunger Games‘ midnight box office take, and now more official numbers are out.
Turns out those estimates were a little high.
Box Office Mojo reports that the film made $19.7 million at the midnight box office. That’s makes for a seventh-place finish, behind three Potter and three Twilight films.
The weekend box office is expected to be upwards of $100 million. We’ll be sure to keep you updated throughout the weekend!
