20th Century Studios is gearing up to release its highly anticipated follow-up to 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express adaptation.

Now, Agatha Christie fans can get their first taste of the studio’s forthcoming adaptation of the famed mystery writer’s Death on the Nile.

The upomcing mystery thriller finds Kenneth Branagh back in action, both as a director, and as the film’s star.

This time around, detective Hercule Poirot (Branagh) finds himself in Egypt where he’s planning on taking a much needed vacation. Any rest and relaxation he might have hoped to find quickly evades him, however, once he boards a river steamer. It’s there that Poirot once again finds himself on the case, searching for a murderer when a couple’s (Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer) honeymoon meets a shockingly tragic end.

The first trailer for Death on the Nile is just as stunning as it is thrilling.

“I ask you, ave you ever loved so much, been so possessed by jealousy, that you might kill?” Poirot asks over an intense montage of scenes.
