Once Upon a Time has officially set down in Arendelle as the first still of Elsa makes its Internet debut!

Last week the cast and crew of Once Upon a Time set out onto the streets of the Storybrooke set in Vancouver and paparazzi pictures flooded the internet featuring the first glimpse of Elsa. Today, however, the first look from inside the sound stage shows Elsa in her full (HQ) first appearance in Arendelle.

The photo shows Elsa and Kristoff in the stables of Arendelle, presumably where Elsa finds Kristoff spending most of his time with his trusty reindeer, Sven. The first tweet from filming, sent out by Adam Horowitz, announced that a special reindeer was on set for filming.

As previously reported, the story line for Frozen will not change the characters too much, but there will be a few additions to the mix. Elizabeth Mitchell’s untitled role remains to be confirmed, however the creators did narrow it down between the original Snow Queen or Anna and Elsa’s not-so-dead mother.

As for leading men, Kristoff and Anna will pick up adjusting to life as a couple, but a member of Anna’s past is currently being cast. Hans will make a return to Arendelle, presumably with vengeance on his mind. Some theories floating around the Hypable chatter include a pairing of sorts between Hans and the Snow Queen, each after control of the Kingdom from Elsa’s icy grip.
