The poster features not only the giant walls that entrap the Gladers, but also two boys running straight into the heart of the maze.
Ivy, moss and grit covers everything and we get a breathtaking view of everything that has become the signature Maze Runner look.
More than anything though, it’s the scope and scale of the maze that is the most impressive highlight we see. The two boys really do look as if they are to be lost to the maze forever.
Last night, we also got our first short live action clip from the Maze Runner trailer thanks to the Teen Wolf crew over at MTV.
Standing in the middle of the Glade, Thomas is featured. We see the camera circle around him as he takes in his surroundings. Again, it’s the impressive scale that draws you in and showcases just how immense of an adventure this is going to be.
And don’t forget Gladers, today is the day we will be getting the first Maze Runner movie trailer! It will premier online at FoxMovies on YouTube, and it will make its television debut on MTV during the all new episode of Teen Wolf at 10 p.m.
