Disney has surprised us with the first trailer for Frozen 2, the follow up to their insanely successful animated film starring Ana and Elsa.

In the not-so-bright look at Frozen 2, Elsa, is working her magic to make progress across an ocean. Take a look:

I think one of the most surprising parts is how they’re not exactly targeting this to kids. There isn’t a single word in it, nor does it paint a particularly rosy picture. Perhaps this is in response to how a lot of adults brushed off the original Frozen released in 2013.

A simple teaser poster was also released today:

The team behind the first Frozen is back for the sequel: Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck are directing the voices of Idina Menzel (Elsa), Kristen Bell (Ana), Jonathan Groff (Kristoff) and Josh Gad (Olaf). Songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez are once again writing the film’s music. (Disney can only hope they manage to pull off another “Let It Go.”)

Frozen 2 arrives this November.
