We had been hoping it would come with the 3D re-release in theaters, and now our dreams have come true. Finding Nemo finally has a Blu-ray release date!

Nemo is the only film that Pixar has yet to be released in the crystal-clear Blu-ray format. It’s also the one we’ve been most itching for. With its beautiful underwater imagery, the story will surely be a treat in high definition.

Look for it on store shelves December 4! No new special features have been announced at this time.

In related news, a German flyer indicates that a second volume of Pixar short films will be released on DVD/Blu-ray this November. It will include Toy Story and Up shorts, amongst others.
