The Finding Nemo sequel has added two actors best known for their roles in HBO’s The Wire.

Dominic West (above left) revealed that he and his Wire co-star Idris Elba (above right) were cast in Finding Dory, after an interviewer asked if he sees cast members from the old HBO drama anymore.

“I saw Idris recently,” he told ShortList. “We’re both in the sequel to Finding Nemo, so we were recording that.”

He added, “I’m in pretty regular contact with a lot of guys from The Wire — a lot of them are godparents to my kids, so I love them dearly.”

Unfortunately, West didn’t elaborate any further on what type of character he’ll be voicing in Dory.

We do know that the highly-anticipated Pixar sequel will welcome Ellen DeGeneres (as Dory), Ty Burrell (Bailey, a whale), Eugene Levy (Charlie), Diane Keaton (Jenny), and Albert Brooks (Marlin, Nemo’s father).

Finding Dory is slated for a June 17, 2016 opening and is directed by Finding Nemo helmer Andrew Stanton.

According to Disney, Finding Dory is set one year after the events of Nemo and is set partially along the California coast.

“One thing we couldn’t stop thinking about was why she was all alone in the ocean on the day she met Marlin,” said Stanton during the original announcement. “In Finding Dory, she will be reunited with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way.”
