It seems like we’ve had half a dozen clips and TV spots for Amazing Spider-Man 2 lately, but Sony has now released the final trailer for the film. It is possibly the best trailer that they’ve released and clearly shows they’ve polished the film’s CGI. Watch the new trailer below:
You know what we like about this trailer? Everything. Every character included looks to serve a purpose and this trailer is one of the most exciting trailers we’ve seen in quite a while. Sony has done an excellent job promoting this film and it will undoubtedly be a major hit with fans and at the box office.
We’ve had four Amazing Spider-Man 2 clips released in less than a week, but the film is just over a month away so Sony is putting all its weight behind their top franchise.
Director Marc Webb recently confirmed that he has signed on to direct the third Spider-Man film and we’re glad to find out that there will be some continuity within the franchise. The big question will be who will take over once Sony begins releasing one Spider-Man movie a year.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 release date is set for May 2, 2014. Stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will be returning as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx (Electro) will also be in the film, along with Sally Fields, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, and Colm Feore.
