The first clip from The Fault in Our Stars depicts Hazel and Gus’ first encounter outside of support group when the latter asks Hazel if they can hang out in a lighter setting. Hazel is hesitant to jump quickly into hanging out with Gus and then grows upset when he pulls out a cigarette. With a smile, Gus explains his metaphor.
The Fault in Our Stars opens in theaters Friday, June 6 in the United States. Last week we learned about the film’s soundtrack which will feature artists like Ed Sheeran, M83, Charli XCX, and Birdy.
