We’ve known since April that director Josh Boone is working on an extended version of the film which includes the deleted John Green cameo. Those who attended “The Night Before Our Stars” events in June had the opportunity to watch the author’s scene.

No details about the other five scenes have been shared, but we expect we’ll hear more before release day.

Since opening early last month, The Fault in Our Stars has grossed $120 million in the United States and $117 million internationally to make a worldwide total of $237 million.
