Fargo is back tomorrow night with episode 4 titled “Eating the Blame.”

Last week’s episode saw a rise in the growing tension of the show. We saw that Lester attempts to lead a normal life again weren’t going as planned in an almost ironic way. His return to work was met with an assignment to go to the house of Sam Hess’ widow, which was difficult for Lester because Hess was the one who he had murdered, even if it was somewhat inadvertently. Meanwhile Molly continued to do fine police work and connected Lester’s involvement with Lorne Malvo, something that is only confirmed when Gus comes over from Duluth with his story about not ticketing Lorne for speeding in the premiere.

The episode 4 synopsis reads, “When Gus tries to right a wrong, Malvo embraces his alter ego. Lester finds himself in a surprising situation, and Molly uncovers a promising lead.”

From the synopsis and the below stills, it looks like Gus somehow runs into Lorne again. We see in the still that Lorne is at the police station, but we’ve seen him talk his way through every situation he’s been in so far so it would make sense that he’s not going to just be thrown in jail, especially since this is only episode 4 (of 10). The “Malvo embraces his alter ego” part suggests that he plays his part of the minister that we’ve seen him play from time to time while working as Stavros Milos’ detective, though we’ve seen that he’s turned against Stavros now.

Are you excited to see where ‘Fargo’ goes in episode 4?
