Fargo premieres tomorrow night on FX with episode 1 titled “The Crocodile’s Dilemma.”

Fargo is a limited TV series adaptation of the film of the same name from Joel and Ethan Coen. The series won’t follow the same exact plot as the modern classic film, but it will have the same feel. It’s currently only set for a one season limited series run, but it has been rumored that FX will continue the series with a new cast and story each year, much like HBO’s True Detective.

Ahead of tomorrow night’s premiere, a slew of clips from the show have been released. These clips give us a look at what the tone of the show will be like, but they don’t give too much away plot wise. Check them out below.

In this first clip, we see part of the first interaction between Martin Freeman’s Lester Nygaard and Billy Bob Thornton’s Lorne Malvo that is the catalyst for the events of the rest of the series. We see here Lorne’s shock that Lester’s lack of strength.

The next clip shows Key and Peele discussing the bad effects of soda pop.

This clip shows Kate Walsh’s character desperate to get Lester’s money.

This clip features Allison Tolman (who apparently breaks out in a big way with Fargo) telling Bob Odenkirk and Joey King about spiders. This a great example of something that won’t likely be important, but shows the quirkiness of the world created by the Coens and expanded here by Noah Hawley.

This clip gives an example of everything Lorne has seen, something that will be a big contrast to the other characters in the show.

Fargo will be bloody, and Oliver Platt’s “buckets of blood” proves it.

The opening seven minutes of Fargo showed someone in Lorne’s trunk, and this clip shows that Lester has made it there too.

Another scene that likely won’t be too important, this scene shows Colin Hanks’ Gus Grimly making a joke that goes horribly wrong.

The synopsis for Fargo episode 1 reads, “A rootless, manipulative man meets a small town insurance salesman and sets him on a path of destruction.”

‘Fargo’ premieres tomorrow at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX
