WB used Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards to unveil the second Fantastic Beasts trailer, which (finally?) includes a glimpse of the magical creatures in the story. The new preview offers lots of new footage. Take a look:

The trailer provides lots of moments that are sure to get longtime fans excited for what’s to come: References to Dumbledore, Hogwarts, and Hufflepuff all appear quickly as Newt enters New York. We’re back, y’all.

Also very present in this trailer? Magic. Unlike the teaser trailer released last year, magic is front and center in this preview, from the abilities of Newt’s suitcase to a dinner table being set thanks to a spell. Oh… and a new take on “Hedwig’s Theme,” of course.

Perhaps one of the most intriguing moments in the trailer comes when a voice (possibly the Auror Graves, played by Colin Farrell) reveals that Newt was kicked out of Hogwarts. This goes against what we’ve heard about the character previously. It’s also the first time we’re hearing that Dumbledore took a deep interest in him — and campaigned for Newt to not be expelled.

Fantastic Beasts opens this November. The first teaser trailer for the film debuted in December.
