Warner Brothers released a new poster for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on Monday morning. Interestingly, it includes a mysterious tease.

Newt stands in a building clearly ruined by one of his beasts in the new Fantastic Beasts poster. An above-ground rail line (The High Line?) runs along the building. On the film’s official Twitter account, there’s also this message: “New piece of art for a new era of the Wizarding World! Something FANTASTIC is being announced soon.”

So what’s being “announced soon?” Here’s one educated guess: The annual YouTube convention VidCon is happening this weekend in Anaheim, California, and a recent New York Times report revealed that Warner Brothers will be hosting an “elaborate stunt” at the convention related to Fantastic Beasts. (Edit: The film’s official Facebook page confirms that the announcement is VidCon related)

Other guesses: Poster releases tend to foreshadow new trailers, though we’ve already had two and the film is still five months away. Perhaps it’s a new featurette? Or something new on Pottermore? Whatever it is, we’ll be sure to share with you as soon as it’s released!

Fantastic Beasts opens this November and stars Eddie Redmayne.
